How AI usage is billed
Per automated interaction: $1.00 on monthly contracts, $0.90 on annual. Each AI interaction also counts as a helpdesk ticket. Gorgias's page also lists $1.50 per interaction for overage above a plan's included allowance.

- Basic plan $60/mo (includes 300 tickets, 30 AI interactions)
- Tickets: 200 (AI-handled ones count as tickets too) → 0 over × $0.40 = $0
- AI interactions: 100 − 30 included = 70 × $1 = $70
- Cheapest plan at this size: Basic = $130/mo. If AI goes over your committed allowance, Gorgias lists $1.50 per interaction.
- Pro plan $360/mo (includes 2,000 tickets, 190 AI interactions)
- Tickets: 1,000 (AI-handled ones count as tickets too) → 0 over × $0.36 = $0
- AI interactions: 500 − 190 included = 310 × $1 = $310
