What we believe
- Pricing pages hide the real cost. AI apps bill per resolution, per conversation, per search, per order or by your revenue. The headline price is rarely the invoice.
- Your size is what matters. We work out the monthly bill for a small, medium and large store, and we show every line of the math so you can redo it with your own numbers.
- We write "not public" rather than guess. If a vendor does not publish a price, we say so. A blank is more honest than a made up number.
- Every price has a date and a source. We read official pricing pages by hand and link them. When a price moves, it goes on the price moves page.
- Depth beats volume. We would rather say something useful about a few apps than publish a hundred thin pages.
What we will never do
- Sell a ranking, a verdict or a better number. Sponsored content is always labelled and never touches price data.
- Invent prices, reviews, testimonials or traffic numbers.
- Hide an affiliate link. Every official pricing link goes straight to the vendor with no tracking, and affiliate links are labelled as such.
- Show a launch discount as if it were the list price.
- Let AI write our opinions. We use software to fetch pages, spot changes and build the site. Verdicts are written by a person.
The public rule
Affiliate status never changes a verdict. We earn a commission from some apps (listed on our affiliate disclosure). That never changes the prices we show, the math, the sort order or what we say about value. If an app that pays us is poor value at your size, we will tell you.
Think we got something wrong? Email a correction and we will check it against the public pricing page. See also how we calculate.
